U.S. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are carefully prepared and packaged to help ensure they arrive safely. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

At this time, BABY SCENT™ ships within the United States only. International shipping is not currently available. We look forward to expanding our shipping options in the future.

Returns

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, baby bottles, nipples, and feeding accessories that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@babyscent.store with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide assistance with a replacement or refund when applicable.

Returns & Refunds

To request a return, please contact contact@babyscent.store before sending any product back. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
